La Giovane has take a different stand right from the beginning, when carriers were only considered as a work force in quantitative terms, and has always endeavoured to enhance the specific skills of their personnel. This accent on the human factor was a fundamental element in gaining credibility from clients and at the same time it has consolidated the values of loyalty, professionalism, dedication and collaboration into a manifesto for La Giovane.
Particular attention has been devoted to the process of recruitment and training of the company’s directors, who are mostly selected from among our members.
