Organization and Management Model according to leg. Decree no. 231/01

La Giovane, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 231/01 and subsequent amendments, has adopted its own Organization and Management Model and has appointed a Supervisory Board. The compliance with the Model, for all those who work for the Company, whether they are Directors, Managers, Employees or Collaborators, is required for each part of their competence. The Model consists of the General Part (containing the normative references), the Special Part and the Ethical Code. In particular, the latter document defines the set of values and principles that inform La Giovane’s activity and establishes the rules of conduct for relations with Collaborators, Customers, Suppliers and more generally with Partners: all these subjects are required to know and respect the principles contained in the Ethical Code.
